Other websites claim the Rolan 60" snake bow has a draw weight of 26lbs @ approx 28" draw. Your site lists 'limb weight' options of 18 or 22. Is your limb weight the same as draw weight in pounds?

limb weight and draw weight is refering to the same thing. These bows come in a variety of different peak weights.

Im putting together an archery tag kit. is 22 limb weight sufficient for adults to play?

We have no experience with archery tag sorry.
