The New 2018 Lynx Trident Grills  features a  ceramic burner  made from cordierite ceramic, a material chosen for kilns and commercial ovens because of the temperatures that it endures The 23,000 BTU Trident™ infrared burner is fully variable, allowing you to go from 300 to 1000 degrees and then throttle it back to cook delicate seafood like scallops. This is temperature control like you’ve never experienced before. And, the Trident™ burner carries a lifetime warranty.
