Shipping Policy
Shipping for Australian domestic orders is free with the exception of large bulky items such as Body Boards, Surfboards and Board Covers. Shipping for international orders will cost A$20 for small items and large items such as Body Boards, Surfboards and Board Covers will be quoted once an order is placed. International transportation of large goods is generally expensive and varies quite a bit from country to country so we will need to quote before completing the order.
Orders are generally dispatched the following business day from the time the order is placed. Standard shipping times within Australia are usually 1-4 business days for domestic and 5-10 days for international. From time to time there may be a delay in processing the order for some unexpected reason so we do ask for your understanding if this does occur. Such a delay would be rare.
