1. Use Fine-Leaf Foliage as is for saplings and attach to layout 2. For shrubs and bushes, strip Fine-Leaf Foliage from stem Attach to layout with Scenic Glue (S190). 3. For trees, bend and twist Woodland Scenics Tree Armatures into a realistic, three-dimensional shape, brush Hob-e-Tac onto each branch and attach stripped foliage to branches Highlight with colors of Fine Turf. Spray a final coat of Scenic Cement (S191) to seal.
