Woodland Scenic B73 Buff Fine Ballast (Bag) Ballast is excellent for railroad tracks and gravel roads. 1. Pour Ballast on desired area. 2. Brush Ballast from rails and top of ties. 3. Mist Ballast lightly with “wet water” (2 drops liquid dish soap in cup of water) so Ballast will absorb Scenic Cement (S191) 4. Use an eyedropper to apply Scenic Cement to Ballast WSB73
