Whats the best pin size for these sights and peep size at 29 inch draw

.19 is the most common now. .19 accounts for 95% of all sight sales. Bows tend to be shorter these days so the peep is further away from your eyes. You normally want a peep which just covers the sight housing. I would start at 1/4". 5/16" is the next most popular.
