The TGV Lyria ’Summer’ and ‘Winter’ services connect Paris with the Swiss cantons of Vaud, Valais and Grisons: From December until the end of March, the TGV Lyria ‘Winter’ service connects Paris with Montreux, Aigle, Martigny, Sion, Sierre, Loèche, Viège and Brigue (There are 3 return trips per day). Connecting train and bus services are available to transport passengers to the ski resorts.
From July until the end of August, the TGV Lyria ‘Summer’service operates between Paris and the picturesque canton of Vaud (Château-d’Oex, Leysin, les Diablerets, Villars ...) and the Valais region (Verbier, Crans Montana, Loèche-les-Bains, Saas Fee, Zermatt ...). There are 3 return trips per day.
ON-BOARD CATERING
The buffet car: what better way to pass the time spent on board than relaxing in the bar with a drink or a snack. The « Tout & Bien » menu offered by the Wagons-Lits company includes a selection of sandwiches, hot/cold regional dishes, salads, a kids’ menu, hot and cold drinks and snack bars…. Food and beverages are available throughout the journey for your customers to enjoy in the buffet car or back at their seat.
The selection of products on offer in the bar on the Geneva > Paris route changes frequently.
Tickets for the RATP Metro can be purchased from the bar-buffet when travelling in the direction Switzerland > France.
LYRIAPREMIÈRE
Lyriapremière is available for 1st class passengers travelling between Paris and Switzerland. With Lyriapremière customers can benefit from a variety of additional services which are included in the cost of their ticket.Lyria
Since December 2011 all 1st class passengers completing an international journey aboard Lyria are served a meal at their seat. A seasonal menu provided by the company Elvetino SA allows passengers to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, a snack or dinner, depending on their time of travel.
Throughout the week, 1st class passengers can choose from a selection of complimentary, daily newspapers (in French, German or English)
Passengers travelling in 1st class can ask the train conductor to reserve a taxi for them, once their arrival time in Paris is known. This service is available throughout the week* and is offered free of charge for those undertaking an international journey on board a Lyria train. (Journey details are to be confirmed directly with the taxi driver) When travelling in the direction France > Switzerland, customers can call the following number: +41 800 44 22 66.
*Not valid on TGV trains 9274 and 6588, operating on Sundays
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE ON TGV LYRIA
Power sockets in 1st class (on the route between Paris and Geneva; only available on TGV Duplex trains).
WiFi service available via boxtgv on the route Paris < > Bâle < > Zurich (this service will incur the following fee : from 4,99€ per hour or 9,99€ per journey; WiFi is accessible in both 1st and 2nd class).
1st class ticket holders have access to the CFF lounge in Zurich (internet access and snacks available).
TGV Lyria is a member of the ‘Grand Voyageur‘ programme.

LyriaPremiere includes a gourmet cold meal served at your seat. Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, a Light meal or Dinner will be served depending on the time of day.

Standard Class
Buffet-bar carriage where customers can purchase drinks, hot and cold meals, child meals, sandwiches and salads. Located in carriage 4 or 14. Euros and Swiss Francs accepted only.
Paris Metro tickets are on sale at the buffet-bar for 1,60 Euros or 2,80 CHF. 2
Office rooms are available in carriages 6 and 7 on Paris - Basel/Zurich services.

Disabled Facilities: Wheelchair and Companion space in First class (in Coaches 1 and 11).
Wheelchairs with small dimensions are available to use onboard - to be requested once onboard.
Disabled toilet located next to Wheelchair space.
Manual and electric wheelchairs are accepted on board provided their dimensions do not exceed 125x75cm.
Smoking: All Lyria trains are entirely non-smoking
Family space and nursery: There is a Family space and Nursery in Standard class.
The family seating area consists of 4 seats around a foldable table.
The nursery area is located within close proximity of the Family space.
Baby changing facilities, including a baby changing table and bottle warmer, are available in the nursery.
Luggage:2 bags/suitcases per passenger plus 1 piece of hand luggage.
and snowboards are accepted on board and count towards the luggage allowance.
Bicycles: Some TGV Lyria trains accept fully assembled bicycles.
The cost of a bicycle space is around £10 and must be reserved at time of booking.
There are 4 bicycle spaces situated in coaches 8/18 and 1/11.
Alternatively, bicycles may be carried free of charge in a bike bag whose dimensions do not exceed 120x90cm. This counts as one piece of luggage.
Domestic Animals: Domestic animals are permitted onboard TGV Lyria provided other passengers do not object.
Dogs must be muzzled and on a lead.
Small domestic animals must be carried in a pet carrier (with dimensions no greater than 45x30x25cm and no heavier than 6kg).
Guide dogs travel for free and do not require a ticket.
Maximum of 2 dogs or 2 pet carriers or 1 dog and 1 pet carrier per passenger.
Toilets: Toilets are located at the end of each carriage. All trains have both ladies and gentlemen's toilets.
