Review : I had been looking forward to being able to buy this jumpsuit since before I even got pregnant - since before I was even planning to be! I was planning on saving everything, not spending a dime on other maternity clothing just so I could indulge myself a piece or two from Fillyboo Maternity - I love their maternity collection that much! I settled on purchasing this jumpsuit in chambray, as well as another gown within the same price range. When I got the jumpsuit I was a little surprised and disappointed to find that the jumpsuit is not actually chambray - it's just a plain blue fabric that has no denim/linen quality to it. At first I thought maybe this was my fault, maybe I had assumed the jumpsuit was chambray just because that's how it appears in the photos. But I looked back at the listing on the website and they are advertising it as "chambray" and the description indicates an enzyme wash that gives it a distressed look - the one I received does not have this at all. I know the description warns about a differing appearance between each individual item due to their handcrafted nature, and that's fine - mine is just definitely plain blue rayon though. The embroidery is just as intricate and lovely in person as it looks in the photos. As far as the fit goes, the bust fits SO WELL for a strapless jumpsuit. It doesn't pull down or fall off. Pre-pregnancy I was a 32DD, now I'm not really sure what I am, but I ordered this jumpsuit in a small and the bust of the jumpsuit fits so flatteringly, and I don't have to stress about tugging it back up into place all the time. The parachute pants are actually even quite noticeably wider and more billowy in person than they appear to be on the model in the photos. I'm only 20 weeks right now though, so maybe I will fill them out more later. Overall this piece is of course beautiful, I am just a little bummed that the fabric isn't actually chambray or distressed in any way - in the photos on the website that look seemed to set off the intricate embroidery so beautifully!
