Can you send me the info on how to program the radio from keypad or tell me if there is a way to program from computer

Here are the instructions how to reset the radio to factory specifications, just in case you need them. The radio can be reset to factory setting by following the following steps. The number that should be entered is 899399. 1) Before turning radio on, hold down the FUNCTION and PTT buttons. 2) Then turn on radio while still holding down FUNCTION and PTT buttons. 3) The word SET should appear on the LCD screen. 4) Click on the MENU button and enter first digit (in this case, the number 8). 5) Press Menu button to go to next space and enter the next digit. 6) Repeat step 5 until all the digits have been entered. 7) After the last digit has been entered, click on the MENU button once again. 8) The word ERASE should appear. Click on MENU to complete operation. 9) Turn off the radio and turn it back on CONGRATULATION! You have successfully reset your radio to factory settings. You can now adjust to your desired frequency.
