Does this heater have a fan for forced air circulation or not? Being as it is branded as a panel heater, is it purely a convector heater or does it provide radiant heat too? concerned as Convector heater in conservatory may mean most of hot air is at top of space, as opposed to a radiant heater, Would you recommend a radiant heater as a better alternative and if so what model etc thanks in anticipation Brin
