Questions (1)
Hi there I bought Carmen Sandiego's Think Quick Challenge last year and I cannot get it to work. I use Windows 7 and my advice from you guys at the time was to upgrade the graphics card on my laptop which I did, but to no avail. I'd like to buy some more games for kids at Grades 2-6 but I just want to see if I can send them back if they don't work on my laptop. Is this possible? Many thanks Olivia Connelly.

Hi Olivia, we try very hard not to send you anything that isn't going to work, & our technical support team tries everything in their power to get software that should work on your PC to do so, but some systems are just obstinate. I assume you have tried to install it in Safe Mode, if you haven't, please contact tech-support@aussiekidssoftware.com.au for instructions on how to do so. If it's a 32-bit Windows 7 PC, it is very strange for that title not to work.
