Please be patient, we are working closely with our suppliers and contractors to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as is possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 - 7 business days subject to stock being available. Standard shipping times vary but are usually 3-10 business days from dispatch for domestic and 10-21 days for New Zealand. If a parcel hasn't arrived please wait at least 10 business days before contacting us or Australia Post. Change of mind returns are possible if, the goods are returned unused and in a saleable condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded for change of mind returns. We cannot be responsible for damage or other loss not reported within 28 days of receiving deliveries.
